Morgans Financial are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Townsville, Queensland. This full-time role will provide vital support to the Townsville team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the business.
What you'll be doing
* Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team, including diary management, scheduling meetings, and managing compliance
* Handling a wide range of administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
* Assisting with the organisation and coordination of office activities and events
* Responding to enquiries from clients and stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner
* Contributing to the development and implementation of improved administrative processes and procedures
* Providing backup support to the team as needed

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
