SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR / IT SUPPORT
Status: Full time ongoing (48 weeks)
Commencing: By negotiation
This is a role that is responsible for the operation of the IT Help Desk and provides digital solutions and support to the teaching and administration staff at Kolbe. This staff member is familiar with Apple’s iOS and OS X platforms and is also comfortable operating in a Windows environment. This role includes maintaining College infrastructure including servers, College security (cameras and firewall) and school wide PA system. Work will be distributed between the two System Administrator/IT Support roles. Some data analysis will also be required.
The Systems Administrator/IT Support person must be willing to embrace challenges and provide creative solutions, this position is granted the opportunity to innovate and lead in the education sector. With strong interpersonal skills, it is important that this individual has the confidence to work in a team and share their flair with regard to the operation of modern devices and applications. Training will also be provided where required for this exciting and key role in the Kolbe community.
This position works alongside a second Systems Administrator/IT Support person and the Help Desk Manager and has the opportunity to grow within this role.
