We are looking for the following talented and motivated leaders to join our Communications and Stakeholder Engagement team:
Level 7 Manager Communications & Community EngagementLevel 7 Manager Industry EngagementAs Manager Communications & Community Engagement (Level 7) you will drive the implementation and delivery of communications and engagement strategies and plans to support achieving Westport's goals and objectives and build the reputation of the Program.
You'll leverage opportunities to highlight benefits, and your proactive approach will be crucial in identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring a cohesive approach across all aspects of the Westport Program.
In this role, you'll oversee the implementation of communications activities, and community engagement strategies, including a hands-on approach to content development and face-to-face engagement.
You'll guide our communications and community engagement team members, providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring, and fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
Our ideal candidate will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage, liaise with, and influence a diverse range of stakeholders, including those across Government.
Your highly developed conceptual, problem-solving, and analytical abilities will be put to good use in our dynamic environment.
As Manager Industry Engagement (Level 7) you will manage all aspects of industry stakeholder engagement for Westport to ensure the Program has been 'informed by industry', and to maintain effective stakeholder relationships across a myriad of interrelated projects.
You'll drive strategic planning, coordination of Program-wide engagement activities, oversight of relationship management and coordination with key stakeholder groups, including industry associations, government agencies, and other relevant groups.
In this role, you'll develop and implement an engagement strategy that builds industry partnerships, promotes transparency, and ensures alignment with the program's objectives, facilitating smooth delivery and industry support for the infrastructure initiative.
You'll guide our engagement team members, providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring, and fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
