Position
The position of Senior Account Manager/Business Development Manager is now available in the Melbourne head office.
The role will specifically focus on representing the range of products within the environmental monitoring category. The product portfolio covers noise, dust, vibration, gas detection, air quality, water sampling, weather stations, and many more environmental specific test and measurement equipment.
The role entails taking over the existing client portfolio for this category, as well as strategically uncovering new opportunities for market penetration, through several vertical markets.
This is a solution focussed, projects-oriented role, working on large deal sizes, typically with sales cycles ranging in months from start to finish.
On offer is a generous salary package, plus car allowance, plus uncapped commission which should see earnings in excess of $180k.
Candidate
To be considered for the position it is an ideal requirement for all candidates to have prior experience working with any form environmental monitoring equipment.
This experience would ideally be from a sales and account management, or product representation capacity, however your experience could also be from working with, or using such equipment as an environmental officer, or consultant.
Genuine drive and self-motivation, career ambition, relationship management and business development skills, along with an ability to work autonomously are all essential traits, as is being a team player who wants to engage in an already thriving company culture.
