And you'll be part of our high performing team, where you reap the rewards of our collective success now and into the future.About the OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity to join Metcash as a Corporate Finance Analyst, with a key focus on developing financial models and data integrations in IBM TM1 (Planning Analytics) and Power BI. The position sits within our Group Financial Planning and Analysis team (Group FP&A) which focuses on the long-range financial planning. The role will also be involved in business partnering activities for the Hardware businesses (IHG and Total Tools).In this RoleTM1 development and preparation of financial reporting suite.Design, develop, and maintain TM1 models/cubes for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure models are scalable, accurate, and meet the needs of group reporting requirements.Collaborate with IT and data teams to integrate TM1 with other systems and ensure seamless data flow.Understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and provide solutions that drive business reporting and performance.Integrate TM1 with other systems (such as MD D365, Power BI), managing data flows effectively and developing Power BI dashboards to automate reporting and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they effectively utilize TM1 tools. Develop user guides and documentation as needed.Continuously monitor and improve TM1 performance. Implement best practices for model optimization and system enhancements.In addition, the role will support the Group FP&A team in preparation of five-year financial plans and reviewing business cases for commercial/capital projects.You're Likely a Match IfBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.Relevant certifications including TM1 developer are required. (Accounting certifications such as CPA, CA are an advantage).Minimum of 3 years of experience working with IBM TM1 (Planning Analytics), including experience in model development, data integration, and report creation.Proficiency in TM1/Planning Analytics, including TM1 rules, TI processes, and dimension management.Advanced Power BI skills is advantageous.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Sound financial accounting knowledge with advanced financial modelling skills is advantageous.Strong communication and relationship skills.Life at MetcashExperience a supportive and flexible work environment.
