About the Role:
As the Pharmacy Retail Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail space, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a team of retail staff, fostering a culture of excellence in customer service and operational efficiency.
* Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising products.
* Implement promotional campaigns and manage the presentation of merchandise to maximise sales.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards within the retail space.
* Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and healthcare professionals.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in retail management, preferably within a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
* Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
* Knowledge of retail and inventory management systems.
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
