Will include, but not limited to:
1. Collaborate with internal team members and customers, including expectations around quality and on-time delivery and represents the business at project meetings with the customer.
2. Establishes and maintains standard project documentation to ensure transparency of status against program requirements and customer demands
3. Plans, monitors and ensures completion of all activities to ensure targets are met on time for the contracted scope of work.
4. Resolves project issues and any internal roadblocks within allowable project timeframes and providing updates to key team members.
5. Ensures customer satisfaction by managing expectations, trouble shooting and providing accurate and timely reports, updates and financial forecasts
6. Submit all vendor documentation as required by the project scope and on-time to the customer
7. Evaluates project results against stated objectives and determines corrective action.
8. Participates in practical process improvement (PPI) projects and activities, using Root-Cause Counter-Measure (RCCM) tools to evaluate gaps or misses in performance and establish sustainable corrective actions
What will you bring to our team:
9. Tertiary degree in Science or Engineering, Project Management certification or equivalent experience
10. Demonstrated experience setting and achieving goals, managing time, tasks and risks, meeting targets, and multi-tasking
11. Experience developing strong customer relationships in a dynamic environment, proactively anticipating, understanding and responding to the needs of customers to meet or exceed their expectations
12. Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams and with partners and to motivate and influence
13. Ability to evaluate relevant facts, data and information to provide accurate reports, problem solve, and suggest workable solutions
14. Experience using internal systems associated with projects ERP
15. Proficiency in appropriate project planning tools and Microsoft applications to communicate targets, critical path activities and responsibilities
16. Sound knowledge of commercial contracts and terms & conditions
