You will be part of a team in an environment based in Western Australia to assist in transforming the delivery of large-scale health and wellness service.The role of the Mental Health Nurse will play a crucial part in collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and key project stakeholders to establish a Mental Health Framework for patients in a health centre environment.
