The Opportunities
Silverchain are seeking dedicated Community Registered Nurses for our Esteemed Clinical Service, this service is predominantly wound care, Catheter care and Diabetes management. Roles are for Perth Metro areas, with the anticipation being predominantly in the North and East Perth Metro areas.
Please note you will travel to see our clients in and around each of these areas,you must have the flexibility to start at 7.00am.
These nursing roles will see you work in the community and clinics seeing a variety of clients. Acute general nursing skills are desirable; community nursing experience is highly regarded. This role provides chronic disease management, wound, and catheter care to clients in their own homes.
Key responsibilities
You will be an experienced, multi-skilled Registered Nurse. Using your exceptional clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills and abilities, you will provide an optimum standard of care to our clients, making a real contribution to their health outcomes.
About you
* Strong experience in Wound and Catheter care
* Advanced Clinical assessment skills chronic disease management
* 2+ years Post Grad broad experience in general nursing
* Current Registration with the AHPRA with zero notations
* Compassion and enthusiasm, with a friendly approach
* Excellent Communicational skills both Verbal and written
* A current full Australian driver’s licence
