About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to lead our market expansion, build meaningful relationships, and scale our Adviser Partner Program.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing partnerships team.
* Develop and implement a market strategy to engage financial advisers and build partnerships.
* Drive the onboarding and integration of advisers into the Adviser Partner Program.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the financial services sector.
* Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and create targeted marketing campaigns.
* Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to the leadership team.
Requirements
* At least 10 years of experience in financial services, with a strong business development track record.
* An established network within the financial adviser and broader financial services community.
* Knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency is highly desirable but not essential.
* Proven leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage a results-driven team.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
