We are looking for a candidate who will uphold our reputation and brand by delivering exceptional customer service.This role is required to work Monday to Friday 9 am to 5:30 pm, Tuesday and Thursday start at 8:15 am, and every 3rd Saturday from 9:00 am to 12 noon at our Traralgon Office.Ideally, you will be an experienced administrator superstar who values clients and excels in nurturing relationships. We are seeking someone enthusiastic, mature, and eager to take charge of the day-to-day administrative and marketing needs of the sales team and oversee the running of reception duties.On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:Property / Real Estate Sales and Contracts AdministrationManaging the sales trust accountProcess Listing Authorities and manage listing filesManage and track vendor paid advertisingMonitoring receivablesManage Sales contracts from signing to settlementWeekly and on-demand reporting to management on progress of sales and settlements in each propertyUpdating in-house database throughout the sales processLiaising with settlement agents, brokers, solicitors, and key external stakeholdersContract and document preparation and reviewAdministrative duties including archivingProvide support to the sales team when requiredOversee and back up support for reception staffYou will be self-motivated, have a mature approach with impeccable personal presentation, enjoy fun and laughter, and have a keen eye for detail.Other essential skills and attributes include:A Victorian Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or willingness to obtainPreference given to those with strong Administrative & customer service experienceCurrent Police CheckMust have strong computer skills and experience working in a professional environmentExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Confident telephone mannerProven ability to provide outstanding customer serviceExcellent time management, organizing, and prioritizing skillsEnjoy the fast-paced and dynamic atmosphereAbility to follow set systems and procedures and provide feedbackMust be able to work under pressureBe responsive to assigned tasksThis role is exposed to client and company sensitive information; candidate will need to be confidential in their manner and dealings.Benefit Outline:Immediate Start or can be customized for the successful applicantThe opportunity to join a motivated, supportive, driven, and energetic team$63,000 per annum plus Super.
