The Team The Robert Half Business Support team specializes in sourcing superior candidates for a variety of clients including many global household names, whilst also maintaining a strong foothold in the SME market. The team focuses on the following positions both on a temporary basis and permanent: Reception EA/PA Administrators HR Advisor HR Manager/Director Marketing Assistant Marketing Manager/Director The Role As an Recruitment Candidate Manager, in addition to dealing with existing candidates, you will be tasked with adding to your portfolio of candidates through development activities including, but not limited to, connecting to potential candidates by phone screening, face to face interviews, candidate acquisition, pre-qualification, skills evaluation, referencing and networking within the Sydney business community. You will be strongly encouraged to view your 'desk' as your own business operating within the Robert Half business at large. As such, you will be trained on the optimum metrics by which to run and grow your business sequentially to maximize your success.
