Central Coast Local Health District are seeking a Level 3 Physiotherapist. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the CCLHD physiotherapy team. This role oversees the ICU and inpatient respiratory and surgical services at Wyong Hospital. This position works within a wider acute team and oversees a team of new graduate, level 1/2 and physiotherapy assistant staff. We are seeking candidates that are passionate about providing high quality physiotherapy services for the people of the Central Coast, and that have innovative approaches to creating a positive working environment for our staff in conjunction with the physiotherapy team. This is a temporary, full-time position, however part-time/job-share options will be considered where appropriate.
This is a maternity relief position and should the permanent incumbent require an early return from maternity leave, this contract of employment will cease with two weeks notice. Maternity relief positions can be for a period of up to 12 months, with the possibility of continued employment for up to a further 12 months for maternity leave reduced hours, therefore there are no claims to permanency.
This recruitment may be used to fill future positions via an eligibility list for permanent, full time, part time, temporary and casual positions.?

About You
8. You have a Bachelors or postgraduate degree in Physiotherapy and registration as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency with expertise in broad generalist and/or specialist knowledge within physiotherapy.
9. Unencumbered driver’s licence and ability to travel across the District and to other external sites as required (please attach a copy to your application)
