Key Responsibilities:
* Create and execute strategies to grow our customer base across Australia.
* Build, nurture, and strengthen client relationships.
* Identify new business opportunities and generate leads proactively.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on growth goals.
* Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years direct BDM experience within the Travel Industry.
* Strong understanding of the Australian travel market.
* Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Independent and proactive in driving business growth.
