For a confidential discussion, please contact Roxanne Day, Regional Manager (WA,VIC,TAS, SA) via email ****** Why join us: Excellent base salary and bonus structure Successful and stable national company that continues to grow Discounted Gym Memberships and Corporate Health Insurance Novated Leasing Candidate Referral Program - incentivized through recognition and reward for staff who refer high calibre candidates Expand your knowledge with our in-house online learning and development centre Engagement surveys – we listen to you, as a team member, and take action on the issues that matter to you Diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects the diverse community in which we operate in About the role: Client Acquisition - generate and increase B2B Occupational Health and Wellbeing services against set targets to exceed budgetary objectives Market Analysis – conduct research to understand industry trends, client needs and service offerings Development and preparation of highly professional sales proposal documents Dedicated pipeline building, management and development of new business opportunities Effectively track and manage sales opportunities within the CRM system to ensure a streamlined and organised sales pipeline, enabling timely follow-ups and accurate sales forecasting and reporting Development, execution and maintenance of a strategic plan to facilitate achievement of current and future revenue targets Operational level reporting, as required to support onboarding and successful service delivery Keep abreast of competitor information and awareness of market issues and feedback market intelligence to the business Assist in the market research of new products and services and play an active role in developing these in collaboration with operations teams Develop cross selling opportunities to grow existing client portfolio and client penetration About You: Demonstrable success in selling B2B professional services Advanced sales/business development skills Advanced commercial negotiation and networking skills/experience Experience in selling directly to HR, Recruitment and Health and Safety Executives Ability to write content for proposals, tenders and bid documentation Ability to manage a workflow and pipelines within a company CRM Existing networks/potential sales channels or leads (advantageous) Entrepreneurial mindset to create sales opportunities The character to consistently deliver the highest level of customer service and relationship management Strong computing skills, including intermediate skills in the MS Office suite A team and customer centric approach to work Experience and knowledge of Occupational Health Services (advantageous) About us: Our business heritage and culture of innovation sets us apart, fostering a commitment to our clients' interests that is second to none.
