WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: are an admitted lawyer in NSW + have minimum 4+ years or more (up to special counsel) plaintiff personal injury law experience in CTP (essential); have strong knowledge of relevant current NSW CTP legislation+practice/procedures.
Have proven ability to highly autonomously manage you r own CTP files (including litigated) from start to finish; have strong litigation/advocacy, negotiation and legal drafting skills; are proactive + thrive in a busy fast-moving environment; are hungry to progress your personal injury legal career with a leading firm LONG-TERM.
