About the Role
We're seeking a full-time Learning Support Assistant to work in our secondary and college division. In this role, you'll provide 1:1 and small group support, helping students overcome challenges and thrive in a supportive learning environment. Children are offered an education that will support them, encourage their development and build their confidence. Working Monday to Friday (9 AM - 4 PM), you'll be part of a passionate, dedicated team that tailors education to each student's unique needs.

The successful candidate will:
* Support learners on a 1:1, small group, and whole class basis.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* A teaching assistant qualification (desirable not essential)
* Teaching assistant/LSA experience (desirable)
* A desire to support SEN learners with complex needs in a school environment
* Eligibility to work in the UK
