The Position: We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
* Manage desktops, laptops, servers, mobile devices, printers, and applications.
* Document and track issues using the current ticketing system.
* Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
* Maintain IT documentation and standard operating procedures.
* Collaborate with vendors to ensure compliance with business processes and standards.
Requirements for the Role:
* 3-5 years of experience in a similar IT Support position.
* Experience supporting a SAP Environment is crucial.
* Full driver's license and ability to use own vehicle.
* Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 platforms.
* Proficiency with Office 365 applications.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
