This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Head Chef with ALH!
What you’ll do:
4. Run the pass during busy service times to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of dishes to surpass guest expectations
5. Menu planning, inventory management and food preparation
6. Provide guidance and mentorship to the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive working environment
7. Create and manage staff rosters
8. Manage food safety and ensure adherence to compliance and safety standards
What you’ll need:
9. Previous experience working as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment
10. Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture
11. Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
12. Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
13. Trade Cooking qualifications
14. The desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team
