The Opportunity:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth in your territory, through hunting and securing new business opportunities across small to medium enterprise. You'll bring a genuine love of sales and a passion for producing results in a fast-paced new business environment. This role has an exponentially uncapped earning potential.
* Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities.
* Meet sales targets in accordance with business metrics and targets.
* Build strong, trust-based relationships with business owners, gaining insight into their unique HR and WHS challenges.
* Leverage and showcase the value of Peninsula’s services.
About you:
You will be a sales professional with a passion for new business development and love the thrill of the chase. Industry experience is NOT needed, our sales team's expertise spans various industries, including Media, Waste Management, Solar/Energy, SaaS and Telco.
* A self-motivated and highly driven individual who thrives in managing their own territory and exceeding sales targets.
* A proven track record as a business development manager or a structured sales environment, ideally within professional services.
* Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
* A polish and professional individual
* A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Previous experience in using a Customer Relationship Management tool, such as Salesforce, preferred.
