You will be responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction of digital accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact digital campaigns.
You'll establish, lead, and mentor a team, managing all aspects of digital marketing, from campaign strategy to performance analysis, and work closely with clients to develop innovative and results-driven solutions.Your role will involve new business growth, digital innovation, stakeholder engagement, and leadership, establishing and building outstanding digital marketing outcomes across various industries.Key responsibilities and tasksDigitalLead business development efforts to grow the agency's digital portfolio.Manage digital accounts across multiple industries, ensuring excellence in execution.Actively promote the integration of digital and creative product solutions to new clients, developing the uptake of services offered by LEWIS.Drive digital strategy development, ensuring alignment with client objectives.Work collaboratively to increase the selling of digital services.Oversee performance-driven campaigns across key digital platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising.Provide strategic insights and recommendations, leveraging analytics and performance data.Ensure seamless integration between content, creative, and digital teams for cohesive marketing execution.Use social media to recognise industry trends and proactively promote new tools, solutions, and processes to continuously evolve and optimise selling opportunities for LEWIS services.Client ManagementMaintain regular day-to-day contact with key internal stakeholders to manage their expectations.Ensure clear communication with internal and external contacts through the most appropriate method.Work with relevant team members to ensure seamless strategy delivery.Team working and developmentEnsure personal and deliverable objectives are met on an ongoing basis.Work closely with line manager to maximise own strengths, improve weaknesses, and support individual and team career development.Support the training of all team members wherever possible.GeneralSupport training sessions where relevant, with a view to maximising opportunities to expand team skills and grow revenues.Take a proactive role in promoting the LEWIS brand, its identity, values, and work.Support the HR/talent team by promoting, both internally and externally, opportunities at LEWIS across social media and via the referral scheme.Contribute and support the continuous improvement of systems, practices, and policies.About youExperience in a digital media agency or in-house position with experience in SEO/SEM.Passionate about and engaged with the fast-changing world of performance and digital marketing.Keen interest in understanding client business issues and requirements and how you can support.Strong project management skills with an ability to plan and prioritise.Excellent research and writing skills.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Excellent mathematical, analytical, and critical thinking skills.Excellent organisational skills.Ability to learn quickly, and become skilled in industry-specific and agency-specific software.Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
