About the Role: We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced professionals with a strong regional focus, practical expertise, and a collaborative mindset to join our supportive and dynamic non-executive board. Ideal candidates will be team players who actively contribute to innovation, while also valuing and considering the input of others. You should have the confidence to adopt new approaches, drawing on your extensive experience and strong ethical foundation. A solid understanding of the director's role and responsibilities, along with a strategic and common-sense approach to governance, is essential. Experience at the managerial or director level within the community housing sector or related community care-based organisations is highly desirable.
