Are you an experienced Senior Project Engineer looking to join a highly respected Tier 2 builder? This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting upcoming commercial project in Regional NSW. With over 40 years in the industry, the company is renowned for delivering large-scale government, commercial, education, health, and industrial projects valued up to $750 million. Due to continuous growth and success, they are looking to expand their team by adding a talented Senior Project Engineer to help deliver landmark projects.
Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Scheduling: Assist project managers with detailed planning, scheduling, and budgeting for smooth project execution.Collaboration & Delivery: Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with project specifications, contracts, and regulatory requirements.Program Maintenance: Prepare and maintain both long-term and short-term programs to track project progress.Progress Monitoring: Keep project managers informed of milestones, risks, and any issues that may arise.Team Coordination: Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.Problem Solving: Identify potential issues early, escalating them to management when necessary to keep the project on track.Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team of engineers, fostering growth and ensuring project success.Requirements: Proven Experience: At least 3+ years of experience as a Senior Project Engineer managing projects valued between $50 million and $200 million.Tier 1/2 or Builder Experience: Demonstrated experience working within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder in the Australian market.Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.Multi-tasking & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset for problem-solving.Why Join This Team?
