You are someone who enjoys building and developing teams so that team members are enthusiastically focused on a future that develops their potential and realizes business goals.You should have experience in developing roadmaps, shaping teams to deliver on these roadmaps and working with partners to augment delivery. You have experience in leading large teams in complex environments, ideally working toward standardization and simplification goals.
