Every Patient Matters.Job DescriptionIn this full-time role, based in Richmond, you will be responsible for providing customer-focused administrative support to the ICU Director at Epworth Richmond. You will be part of the Intensive Care Unit and report to Joanna Simpson.You will make an impact by:Providing comprehensive, efficient and timely administrative support to the ICU Director and doctors.Supporting the ICU Director in ensuring doctors are kept up to date with KPIs and other requirements in keeping with Epworth’s Policies and Procedures.Ensuring all relevant committee and meeting minutes are accurately documented and distributed within agreed time frames.Assisting with the management of and updating of rosters for ICU doctors.Providing excellent, helpful service to ICU patients, visitors and staff.To be successful in this role:You will proactively approach tasks and responsibilities confidently, communicate clearly, and competently work under pressure to meet deadlines. You will be self-directed with a team focus and committed to self-development or learning.You will have:A previous experience in administration with multiple key stakeholders.Strong computer skills with a drive to upskill where necessary.Strong verbal and written communication skills.A high level of confidentiality and discretion.Qualifications:A formal qualification in administration or other relevant field.Additional Information:At Epworth, it’s a community.
