Working across our Dandenong South Warehouse and our Head Office in South Melbourne, you'll collaborate closely with senior leaders across multiple regions to create and implement innovative HR programs, from career development and performance management to recruitment and workforce planning. We're looking for a hands-on leader who's passionate about driving positive change and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture. You'll be the go-to expert on all things people-related, supporting both leaders and employees in creating an exceptional workplace. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring our people feel supported and developed at every stage of their journey with us.Your Day to Day Work with the Leadership Team to align people strategies with business goals. Develop and deliver career development programs across the organisation. Oversee recruitment and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Lead workforce planning for both short and long-term needs. Provide expert advice on people matters and compliance with policies. Implement and manage performance and development programs. Partner with leaders to ensure effective employee lifecycle management. Continually review and improve P&C policies and processes. What You Need Strong knowledge of HR policies across ANZ, UK, and USA markets. Experience within a fast growing company is highly regarded. Exceptional communication and relationship management skills. Experience in workforce planning, recruitment, and talent development. Excellent project and change management skills. Proven ability to navigate complex industrial relations environments. Self-starter with strong business acumen and hands-on approach.
