We are excited to offer multiple positions for both permanent and casual positions for a Support Worker throughout our supported independent living and inclusion services.

These roles will sit across a number of different programs – SIL, icare, CHSP, HCP, CLS, HASI and with our Aged Care with rotating shifts. The hours of work vary from Monday to Sunday on rotating rosters.
These positions offer rotating roster options, allowing for a flexible work schedule that can accommodate various personal commitments and lifestyles.
The Day to Day:
1. Providing support to people to improve their independence by assisting with living skills, transport, social activities, medication and personal care, as well as other support as required.
2. Keeping customer records up to date using online systems.
3. Developing and maintaining professional relationships with people, families, caregivers and key stakeholders.
4. Completing risk assessments, support plans and other required documents in a timely manner.
You are:
* Punctual, Friendly, Outgoing, Non-Judgmental, Flexible, Persistent, Empathetic, Practical, Balanced, Compassionate, warm.
* Invested in providing the highest quality in disability services to the community.
* Competent in working with people with a disability.
What you need to have:
* Appropriate certificate level qualification in Disability or Community Services, OR equivalent relevant experience in the human services industry.
* Valid NSW Drivers C class licence, with ability to drive vehicles in licence class, including large cars and vans.
* Must be fit to undertake the physical requirements of customer support, including the capacity to lift 10 kilograms unassisted.
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, other common systems.
* Passion, Respect & Integrity.
Ideally you will also have:
* Experience in disabilities, mental illness and community services would all be highly regarded.
* Advanced solid knowledge of services and programs under NDIS Understanding of Person-Centered Practices.
