This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial governance and effective internal controls are in place to meet audit and legislative standards. As part of this role, you will also contribute to innovation, digital processing, and business intelligence unit (BIU) improvements, driving efficiencies and best practices within the financial management systems.
Key responsibilities include overseeing compliance and reporting, driving digital innovation and process optimization, and ensuring the development of robust financial policies and procedures. Suitable candidates will have proven leadership experience, strong financial expertise (including governance, taxation, and asset management), and the ability to manage change in a dynamic environment. This role requires immediate availability, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality and integrity. Relevant qualifications (e.g., CPA, CA) and a National Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Clearance are required.
Suitable candidates will have formal qualifications in relation to management and conduct of investigations or equivalent relevant experience. Experience in workplace disciplinary matters or other investigatory matters plus experience in report writing and recommendations is required. You will have strong administrative and systems skills and be an effective communicator both orally and in writing. Good judgment, organization, and research skills are required.
