As a Product Manager, you'll work closely with our product, design, QA, and engineering teams to drive the product delivery, enhancements, and roadmap for one or more of our solutions. You'll seek and collate feedback from multiple stakeholders to drive the success, customer alignment and satisfaction of Sine's offerings. You will be prepared to articulate the product and roadmap to internal stakeholders and relevant sales channels. Key Responsibilities Partner with the broader Product team to gather input from stakeholders, prioritize tasks into a roadmap, and oversee execution. Establish, lead, and implement the goal prioritization process for the Connected Buildings Sine Portfolio within your area of control. Collaborate with General Management and Product Management to ensure that R&D efforts are aligned for the upcoming 3-6 months, coordinating with Architecture, Operations, Finance, and other leadership to deliver both technical and business results. Facilitate and engage in solution design and ideation workshops to drive innovation. Plan and prioritize the product feature backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives. Clearly communicate the value of each roadmap item to the product scrum team, highlighting benefits for customers and the business. Define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities to guide strategic direction. Specify feature scope, plan iterations, and elaborate on user stories for your product. Lead the product release cycle, setting clear expectations for the delivery of work, including the breakdown of feature delivery and timeboxing. Actively work to mitigate impediments that may impact the successful completion of release or sprint goals. Maintain open communication with customers regarding the product roadmap and effectively manage their expectations. Education and Experience A Bachelor's degree (Must Have) A Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field (Desirable) 3+ years' experience in a product focused role within a modern SaaS environment A demonstrated understanding of the software development cycle Strong leadership and communication skills A collaborative mindset A strong empathy with customers and colleagues Proven track record of leading key product areas and driving market adoption in a profitable manner Experience with Agile software development methodologies Result-driven project-management skills for planning and execution A proven ability to influence and persuade within a large team of talented people Who We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
