With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you’ll have the opportunity to lead team meetings, problem-solving activities, and implement processes that will shape our production success.Key Responsibilities:Train, develop, and coach team members on safety, quality, and production processes.Maximize machine availability and performance to achieve production targets.Lead team meetings to ensure alignment and effective communication.Complete daily reporting requirements.Drive structured problem-solving within the team and implement improvement initiatives.Manage team schedules, including breaks, training plans, and skills development.Enforce GMP standards on the factory floor and collaborate with Quality Assurance on scheduled audits.Drive accountability for Critical Control Points (CCP) and the HACCP Plan.Ensure compliance with WH&S policies for the safety of all team members.What We’re Looking For:Team Player: Passionate about getting things done and working collaboratively.Knowledgeable in HACCP and Food Safety standards.Strong Leadership: Able to inspire and guide the team, with a desire to advance in the business.Thrives in Fast-Paced Environments: Loves the energy and speed of FMCG manufacturing.Experience/Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualification (Engineering, Food Technology) or previous FMCG experience is desirable but not essential.Long-Term Vision: Committed to building and developing a team for sustainable success.Exceptional Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.We will ask for a pre-employment health assessment as a condition of offer.
