Job Expectations:
We have multiple exciting opportunities at nbn for a Business Continuity Partner, reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Resilience (BCM).
The Role:
The Business Continuity Partner role supports the delivery and implementation of nbn's revised BCM program, ensuring the recovery of our processes during disruptions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Development of BC documentation
* Validating documentation through training, testing, and exercises
* Project coordination
* Stakeholder management
* Reporting to senior management
* Tracking project metrics to achieve objectives and deliver value to nbn
About You:
The ideal candidate should have good years of experience in business continuity, change management, project management, with knowledge of the telecommunications industry being highly valued.
Requirements:
* Experience in explaining and solving complex problems
* Implementation of enterprise-wide programs
* Managing projects
* Familiarity with the project lifecycle
* Ability to influence and support stakeholders
* People-centric approach through high-velocity and impact events
* Exceptional communication and influencing skills
* Comfortable presenting at all levels
* Experience in other resilience activities, such as emergency management and crisis management
