So much is possible, at Forvis Mazars.About the role:AOS Payroll is the fastest growing business unit within the practice and provides outsourced payroll services to a range of international and local clients from various industries. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your daily role/duties may include but are not limited to:Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll across AUS for a range of different industries.Meeting strict deadlines with a high attention to detail.Onboarding new employees.Preparing the calculation of termination payments.Processing workers compensation, PAYG payments and superannuation.Banking payments and trust account reconciliations.Replying to internal and external client queries in a professional and timely manner.Preparing weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports as required.Coordinating with and reviewing work done by the junior team.About you:2 to 5 years' experience in payroll processing within Australia.Ability to work to tight time schedules.Experience using payroll software such as Keypay, Cloud payroll, Xero.Intermediate level user of Microsoft Excel.Knowledge of awards, NES and relevant legislations will be an advantage.Willingness to learn.Your attitude, dedication and willingness to work as part of a team will be paramount to your success in the role.Why Forvis Mazars?For those who appreciate culture as much as commercial success, Forvis Mazars is the smart choice.
