You're an experienced professional who's taken a career break of two years or more and are looking to return to the workforce. The program will start on Monday 10th March 2025. Run over 12 weeks, the paid program is designed to provide you with the re-entry support and training you need to thrive. At the end of the program, permanent positions are available based on your performance and motivation to succeed. Do work that matters: Sitting within our Quants, Data, Analytics and Technology team, you'll be accountable for business change management activities across multiple projects. Your strong interpersonal and collaboration skills will see you actively build internal relationships and networks, which will allow you to understand and manage the impact of complex large scale projects. As a strategic thinker, you'll be involved acting as an advisor and coach to the business community. Overall, you're a self-starter and passionate about achieving an exceptional end user experience. We're interested in hearing from people who have: Taken a career break of 2+ years and are interested in returning to work. Relevant professional experience as a change manager, business or technical project manager, banker or similar. Knowledge of Agile methodology (or willingness to obtain). Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, capable of dealing with a range of stakeholders. Permanent Australian working rights and are Sydney based.
