As the market for refurbished IT solutions grows, we are looking for a Junior Account Executive in our Geelong office. Our Sales Executives are an essential part of ensuring that the customer experience is second to none.
Responsibilities
Handling incoming customer queries by phone, email, online chat, and other platforms. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with both new & existing customers and suppliers, whilst gaining a deep understanding of their unique needs, goals, and challenges. Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth. Proactively monitor account performance to ensure customer retention and conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams, in Australia and the UK, to ensure a swift and positive outcome for any issues that may arise, including returns, delivery delays, etc. Maintain Techbuyer's core values of providing quick and quality responses/service. Travel may be required, such as visiting key accounts or attending trade shows on behalf of the organisation. Keep clients informed about new products, services, and industry trends. Liaising with Marketing in the UK for any assistance with marketing campaigns. As the company culture promotes helping others, ad hoc tasks may be assigned to the job holder that are not listed above. Required Skills
