The Site Supervisor would be supported by an experienced team as you come up to speed with our simple yet effective systems and processes.The RoleComplete the establishment of each site, incl.: signage / permits / induction.Coordinate site inspections with Crane and service subcontractors to determine scope of works and associated quotes.Manage / complete the installation of site prep works, such as set out / footings / services etc.Manage several site carpentry teams to complete the project's site works.Plan / Program and Implement the installation of our projects onsite.Be a key liaison with clients during site installation works and handover.Plan / Program and Implement the site completion works, such as connection of services, finishing trades, defect rectification.Ensure all safety documentation onsite is up to date at all times, incl. permits / inductions / SWMS / forms etc.Arrange the take off and procurement of site-related materials.Understand project budgets and arrange / facilitate the engagement of subcontractors to achieve a specific scope of works within the budget constraints.Always looking for innovative ways to improve the efficiency of the modular process.The Successful CandidateThe successful candidate should be able to demonstrate;Experience in establishing construction sites and ensuring site safety is front of mind.Ability to manage up to 10 projects at one time.Experience in dealing with clients and resolving issues.Ability to travel depending on site location (sometimes away for 3-4 days).Have a problem-solving attitude when encountered with roadblocks.Experience in programming and planning construction site works.Ability to build relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.Genuine enthusiasm to identify more efficient processes.Track record of at least 3+ years in the construction industry.Computer skills are important for online induction setup for each site.Experience in managing numerous sites at one time is preferable.Trade background is preferable but not essential.Experience in modular is nice but not essential.The BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience (negotiated).Exciting role with an award-winning team.Opportunity to join a business at an early growth stage and site installation team.A dynamic and supportive working environment.
