With a strong focus on the defence industry and high-security clearances, we deliver tailored solutions to a diverse range of sectors, including healthcare, aviation, and more.Service FM are seeking a dynamic and experienced Facilities Manager, reporting to the National Facilities Manager, to oversee multiple ServiceFM contracts and lead both reactive and preventative maintenance schedules for FM services. This pivotal role involves managing contractors and subcontractors to ensure services are delivered in line with contractual agreements, while also conducting site visits to verify that all contractor work complies with obligations.As the Facilities Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring contractors adhere to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements, promote safe working practices, and maintain a secure environment for all involved. You will be instrumental in contractor procurement and selection, while also identifying opportunities for business development with both existing and new clients. Your ability to present proposals and win new business will be crucial in driving the growth of our operations and fostering strong client relationships.The successful candidate will be a proactive leader who is adaptable to change, innovative in problem-solving, and dedicated to delivering high-quality services while fostering new business opportunities.
