Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant, located in Central Coast, NSW. The primary responsibilities include providing executive administrative assistance, compliance system management and data entry, production scheduling, processing manufacturing work orders, and offering general executive support. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for day-to-day administrative assistance and effective communication within the organization. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with strong multitasking abilities.
We work a 4 day week (Mon-Thu) but the role can be flexible for the right person to fit in with other commitments.
Qualifications
1. Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
2. Experience with Google Business Suite, MRP Software, and Database design and management is an advantage.
3. Strong Executive Support skills
4. Excellent Communication skills
5. Proficiency in using web-based software and tools
6. High level of confidentiality and professionalism
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
