About the Role The Regional Manager, Home and Living Support will lead their team of Disability Support Workers to support the provision of a high level of customer service to our clients and their families with a focus on supporting the management of coordination of supports, community access and psychosocial services across the Limestone Coast. Current services exist in Mt Gambier, Millicent and Penola with a desire to grow the services further. As Regional Manager you will have outstanding interpersonal skills to manage organisational issues, negotiate individual service agreements and outcomes and develop and motivate staff. The Regional Manager will be required to understand and implement effective staff management and build positive relationships with families in addition to managing and influencing change.
