Role Summary
The SEO Manager will report to the SEO Director, overseeing their pod, including account managers, content creators, and link builders. This role focuses on all aspects of account management: communication, strategy, implementation, and reporting.
Main Tasks Include:
* Managing your own client base, dealing with all aspects of account management and SEO.
* Working on your pod's client base where time and skills can provide value.
* Ensuring all work sent to clients is accurate and of high quality.

Responsibilities
Direct Reports
Ensure all key strategies and pieces of work are signed off and of a high quality. Manage day-to-day activity and work, driving staff retention and happiness, and achieving capacity targets.
Product
Feed into the development and improvement of the SEO product, following internal documentation to ensure consistency across clients.
Client
Develop strategies for approval, implement agreed strategies, communicate effectively with clients, manage owned clients, and attend directors' meetings.
Prior Experience & Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
* Minimum of three years agency experience in similar roles.
* Experience in technical SEO, link acquisition, content marketing & content creation, with proven results.
* Excellent working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other standard SEO tools.
* Client services experience (agency background is an advantage).
Nice to Have's:
* Working knowledge of other marketing techniques: paid search, paid social, programmatic, and e-mail automation.
* Degree and MBA.
