The site operations include solid and liquid waste services. You will play an integral role in the business, assisting the operations supervisor with administrative support.Your role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of our Swanbank site, ensuring accurate billing for customers and timely processing of supplier invoices.Primary AccountabilitiesYou will need to have a commitment to safety and customer service and be able to work in a team environment. Specific duties include but are not limited to:Provide administration support to the Swanbank team.Managing customer queries, driver wages and timesheets.Use the finance system for all processing, general accruals and financial reporting.Accounts payable processing and supplier account enquiries.Payroll processing and payroll queries from sites.Enter and maintain accurate data into WTS system to form basis of the Clients reports.Liaise with clients/operations staff to clarify invoice queries where required.Generate accurate and timely client invoices and reports on a monthly basis where required.Manage Admin inbox and distribute electronic copies of invoices as required.Provide the Branch Manager with accurate and current information regarding outstanding rebates, invoices and any consistently incorrect invoices on a monthly basis.Who you areYou will have:Proven experience in similar all-round administration/customer service roles.Administration or Accounts training certification will be well regarded.Demonstrated experience with Accounts payable/Accounts receivable.Critical thinker with a strong aptitude for data entry and analysis.Very high attention to detail, with the ability to identify anomalies with operational data.Computer savvy with good excel skills, with an ability to work with varied work data and systems.The ability to support the health, safety, environmental and quality management systems administration management.Strong communication skills and the ability to manage your own time and workload.Demonstrated ability to collaborate and as well as work autonomously as a team player.Reasons you'll stayMake the move to be a part of something bigger, exciting and challenging!We are offering:Opportunity to become an integral member of a stable, sustainable and innovative organisation.Join a fast paced, multi-faceted team with opportunities to implement change.Competitive salary and opportunity to grow and develop within the business.As part of our standard recruitment process you will be required to provide a copy of a current licence, proof of entitlement to work in Australia.
