Position Overview:
As a Fabric Maintenance Project Planner/Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient planning and scheduling of maintenance projects within our oil and gas operations. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive maintenance schedules, allocate resources effectively, and optimize project timelines. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the smooth execution of maintenance campaigns, enhancing operational efficiency and minimizing downtime.
Responsibilities:
1.Develop and manage detailed maintenance schedules and scope planning for the safe and timely delivery of all required Fabric Maintenance projects.
2.Coordinate with various departments to ensure the seamless execution of maintenance plans.
3.Assess and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements.
4.Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changing priorities or unforeseen challenges.
5.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and procurement.
6.Ensure compliance with facility specifications, safety regulations and company policies.
7.Provide regular updates and reports to management on project status and performance.
Qualifications:
·Proven experience in project planning and scheduling within the oil and gas industry, preferably in maintenance campaigns with a Fabric Maintenance background.
·Proficiency in project management software - SAP
·Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and address project-related challenges effectively.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
·Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in project planning and scheduling.
·Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
·Familiarity with industry standards and regulations pertaining to oil and gas maintenance operations is preferred.
