In this role
, you will have the opportunity to:
1. Work with the Sales Directors of Mining and Environmental, Civil and Energy to understand and provide all procurement information required to undertake business within the assigned accounts
2. License quote generation, licenses, add-on’s, upgrades, renewals, schedule and promote classroom training
3. Managing the client relationship and expectations
4. Contacting clients to follow-up on sales orders and license renewals
5. Upsell customers on new technology and/or licensing options
6. Generate invoices and deliver license entitlements in a timely manner
7. Review and update the sales pipeline, update opportunities monthly
8. Maintain client records in CRM (Salesforce): company, commodity, contacts for accounts, address, product user, purchasing role
9. Have systematic and thoughtful communication with customers to build retention
10. Maintain up-to-date list of users for marketing campaigns
11. Become a CRM (Salesforce) expert with respect to input, custom queries, views, and output reports
12. Assist Sales and Accounting when invoices bounce back or receive no reply to the read receipt. Find the appropriate contact. This helps speed up renewal collection with accuracy of contact
In order to be successful in this role, you should have:
13. 5+ years working in a related role (Sales Coordiantor, Sales Admin, other coordinator or admisintrative positions)
14. Bachelors degree in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
15. Ability to handle a high volume of customer enquiries whilst providing a high quality of service to each client
16. Professional, positive, and courteous attitude to represent Seequent to our clients
17. Adaptive and fast learner who can quickly understand and articulate new technologies and processes. As an innovative technology company, change is always happening to improve how we do business
18. Expereince with the mircosoft product suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
19. CRM experience (We use Salesforce!)
20. Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
21. A team player with high level of dedication
