Job Description
Looking for a hard-working and experienced Chef/Cook in an Indian kitchen with hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment.
Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks. Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes. Familiar with sanitation regulations.
Advanced knowledge of culinary arts, baking, and Indian desserts. Leadership skills and excellent time management abilities are required.
3 years of experience required. The position requires specialization in North Frontier Indian Cuisine menus, which include all types of meat and vegetable curries.
Responsibilities include cooking different types of Indian Tandoori dishes and Naan breads, as well as preparing various Indian sweets and desserts. Additionally, planning menus and estimating food and labor costs are essential duties.
