Personal Assistant to MD and Founder of award winning Recruitment Agency!JV is one of Australia's most successful and longest standing construction recruitment agencies, specialising in placing trades & labour and white collar perm and contract roles across Victoria, NSW and Queensland.We launched in Victoria in 2000, and in the last 3 years have replicated our extremely successful model to launch offices in NSW and QLD, recruiting across Construction, Civil & Infrastructure, Traffic Management, Manufacturing and Energy & Renewables sectors.Our mission is simple- provide an outstanding recruitment service based on #workdoneright and by living our values.We are now a team of 35 consultants, with world class marketing, training and back office support staff to boot, and currently hold spot 17 for the overall 'Best Places to Work in Australia.Due to this growth we are looking for an epic Personal Assistant to support our Founder and Managing Director, as well as provide support to our wider team!Who we are looking for As PA to the Founding Director & Managing Director your role is fundamental to the success of the organisation by providing high-level administrative support to both executives to ensure they can maximise their time and energy.Your role will be to: Provide PA support to the MD and FD including managing diaries, coordinating meetings, organising travel, developing presentations and tenders, liaising with clients, reporting and ad-hoc personal support where required.Manage office suppliers, facilities and equipment, and general troubleshooting and support for the wider team where needed.Manage both internal and external events, including managing budgets, organising catering, activities, facilities, event space, agendas, team correspondence, set up and pack down to ensure events remain in budget and run smoothly.Provide support to the Marketing Manager with day-to-day marketing coordination, including the collation of relevant information, updating Canva templates, responding to reviews, capturing photos for socials and supporting with social media planning.Work closely with the Finance and HR functions to support the onboarding of new team members, generating reports and providing seamless communication back to senior leadership.Your experience: Keeping it simple, you will need proven PA experience at a senior level, ideally supporting 2 executives at one time, and the ability (and desire) to multitask across a range of more general administrative tasks.This is a true 'no two days at the same' type of role, and would suit someone who has worked in a smaller business who can support at a senior executive level but is also used to rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in with the day-to-day running of an office too.Some essentials for us in this role are: Minimum 2 years experience in a PA role to GM level or above, ideally supporting more than 1 executive at a time.Strong experience in a Team Coordination or Office Manager role in a boutique office environment.Exposure to or experience within marketing, social media and event management.Tech savvy and process driven- loves implementation of new systems and processes and has advanced software skills.High levels of EQ, with a growth mindset and a passion for helping others by providing an exceptional level of support.Is ethical and demonstrates humility and lives by the JV values both personally and professionally.What we offer: Our Values and EVP can be found here: JV Recruitment Careers but in a nutshell, we take our commitment to our team seriously and want to support you with developing a career you are proud of, whilst maintaining work-life balance that allows you to flourish.Some highlights from our EVP include:A 9 day fortnight.27 days of annual leave.Our retention rate currently sits at 85% and we have an average tenure in the business of 6 years.A structured career pathway with both internal and external training opportunities.Industry leading parental leave policy.Market leading tech stack.Annual A Player trip and other incentives.What next?
