You will: Learning Diversity Administration & SupportAssist the Director of Learning Diversity with general administrative tasks, including managing the calendar, coordinating the Learning Diversity Study Club, and providing overall support to ensure efficient program delivery. NCCD Documentation & ComplianceSupport the NCCD Coordinator by managing all required documentation for students eligible for NCCD funding, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with government regulations and College policies. Individualised Learning SupportCollaborate with teachers and Learning Enrichment Leaders to develop, implement, and review Individualized Learning Plans (ILPs) for students, providing targeted support to enhance their educational experience. Student Engagement & Classroom AssistanceWork with individual students and small groups to facilitate curriculum adjustments, assist in classroom activities, and support students' social, emotional, and academic needs.
