As the Executive Branch Manager, you will: Lead and oversee the performance of a portfolio of retail branches (including 8-20 employees), ensuring they achieve sales, service, and operational excellence.
Drive business growth by identifying opportunities within the region to expand our reach and strengthen community connections, optimising financial performance.
Coach and mentor branch leaders to create a high-performing, customer-centric culture.
Manage large, complex retail and business banking balance sheets across multi-site locations.

Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives and deliver on regional goals.
