About the role Manage the interpretation and implementation of the Allianz brand across Allianz Australia, in line with Group guidelines to meet global and local market objectives.Support the Senior Manager of Brand in leading the rollout and embedding of the new local (Australian) Brand Positioning and identity across AAL.Act as the brand subject matter expert across Allianz Australia, leading brand projects and consulting on brand issues as required by the business.Proactively manage brand guidelines, asset repositories, intranet pages and internal communication regarding the brand.Manage the development of a brand risk management and governance system, tools, and processes to drive brand alignment, engagement and internal advocates.Manage the local brand budget day-to-day as related to brand strategy, identity, architecture assets, and programs. About you Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent.Experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design or a related role either within a corporate or brand agency environment.Comprehensive understanding of brand management principles and how they apply within a business environment.Proven experience in leading brand strategy, brand identity and brand architecture programs of work.Demonstrates in-depth understanding of strategy development, with proven experience in using customer insight, analytics and market data to drive brand outcomes.Proven experience working to tight timeframes and with multiple stakeholders within a matrix reporting environment.Demonstrated ability to consult with, partner and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, to establish strong professional relationships and influence brand and business outcomes.Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships internally and externally with clients, intermediaries and service providers.
