Sushi Sushi, Australia's largest sushi brand, is going through an exciting period of growth and we are looking for a Franchise Development Manager to join the Support office team and drive the expansion of the Franchise network through strategic development initiatives.
Reporting into the COO, the Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end Franchise recruitment process whilst embodying the core values of Sushi Sushi in daily actions and decision-making.

Our vision for the role:
Lead the identification, recruitment, and onboarding of new Franchisees.Create and implement customised marketing plans for stores currently listed for sale.Drive the growth and expansion of the Franchise network through strategic development initiatives aligned with organisational goals.Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Sushi Sushi and maintaining positive relationships with existing and potential Franchisees.Manage the online listings for all stores for sale as well as new stores.Champion and embody the core values of Sushi Sushi (Respect, Innovation, Collaboration and Execution) in daily actions and decision-making.Ideally you will have:
Proven experience in Franchise development or a related role.Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding Franchise growth targets.Ability to work autonomously by taking ownership of tasks and projects.Self-driven work ethic that contributes to the overall success of the team.Strong understanding of the Franchising Code of Conduct.Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to foster positive connections with Franchisees and stakeholders.Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute long-term Franchise development plans.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to articulate the brand's value proposition to diverse audiences.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for market research and financial analysis.Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust Franchise development strategies accordingly.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Willingness to travel nationally where required.Sushi Sushi is a fast agile company, where we truly live by our company values of Respect,Innovation,Collaboration & Execution (RICE).
