Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person to join their team as a Receptionist / Administration Assistant 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 2:30pm. The Position Your daily responsibilities will include: • Meet and greet visitors on-site. • Handle and direct telephone enquiries. • Maintain the kitchenette (stock Tea, Coffee, Biscuits) • Receiving deliveries via courier and mail • Distributing goods received and mail. • Organise rooms for meetings. • Assist departments with general administration duties. The Candidate You will have Receptionist experience, and display the following attributes: • Extensive Reception experience performing a range of duties. • Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication skills • Ability to liaise with key stakeholders at all levels. • Excellent attention to detail • Professional, committed and strong work ethic • Ability to work autonomously.
