Working at Leadership WA will give you the opportunity to nurture and grow the capability of the people who lead WA organisations at all levels.Main Activities and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):Facilitate face to face and virtual events for our public programs, tailored solutions and alumni events.Develop and maintain our programs to keep them relevant and meaningful, bringing together leadership thinking, collaborative and experiential learning in the Leadership WA way.Design and deliver tailored solutions for our supporter organisations and others to bring the Leadership WA experience to a broader audience.Contribute to the refinement and development of our programs to reflect leading-edge research. Use your experience and expertise to bring out the best in learners as they are challenged by the experiences we offer.Support leaders as learners through coaching during the programs or as a separate service.Apply and expand on our current range of assessment tools for use within the programs or to support individual coaching and development.About youYou will be excited and driven by the opportunity to shape the development of Western Australian leaders at multiple levels, and you will have an interest in, and general knowledge of Australian economic, social, environmental and cultural matters. And you will love the idea of translating this into programs and learning experiences.Given the scope of our program participants, alumni and partners, you will be comfortable in engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, understanding their needs and then designing and delivering leadership development experiences that have impact.You will be able to balance multiple simultaneous relationships and projects (programs, courses etc.) with internal and external stakeholders and clients.Your experience and skillsExperience in facilitation in both face to face and virtual modes.Experience in variety of leadership, psychometric and diagnostic tools assessment methodologies, undertaking debriefs and design of individual development plans.Strong experience in learning analysis (TNA) and development of tailored solutions to meet identified needs.Experience in mentoring, building the capability of less experienced team members and contributing to an inclusive, collaborative, and innovative team culture.Excellent consulting and relationship building skills.Valuing being part of a team, collaborating in a one-team approach who embrace generating results and lead to achieve a positive culture.QualificationsHR or relevant Degree or Graduate Diploma.Typically, 7-10 years’ experience in OD/L&D in a corporate environment and with time spent in a leadership development focused role.Coaching Professional Qualification (Desirable).What We Will Offer YouAt Leadership WA we provide a diverse and inclusive work environment and offer many personal and professional development opportunities through your everyday work challenges that are aimed to help you deliver your best self to the role whilst managing your personal life in balance.As a people-focused business, we really focus on work/life balance and help you build a stable career.
